I LOVE my Friends!
So I feel like I can't say it enough just how much I love my friends, they are the absolute best. The past couple days I have had a chance to hang out and catch up with some of my "old" friends from back home. The other day Dylan came over to catch up since I haven't really seen him since he made it back from his summer at sea. He brought me back some of the coolest stuff and I have to admit I'm kind of obsessed with the owl he brought me back from Greece! Its so pretty! It was so good to get to just catch up with him like we used to do all the time freshman year when we just lived a couple floors apart. Then last night Meagan came by after she got done with StuMo to see the house and hangout. I just can't even imagine my life without her. We've known each other since we were in preschool and went to the same church since we were babies but didn't get really close till 7th grade. I'm so thankful we had class together that year and managed to become such good friends. She has seen it all and I know I can't always count on her for a sonic run and some quality catch up. Then this afternoon I got to spend with Kara doing what we do best, shopping, except apparently today was not our lucky day. We were hoping to find something to wear to the first game and struck out completely and we checked every store in Fayetteville we could think of. Then to top the day off Katie B. called me to catch up. KB goes to school at UCA and trotting all about Europe when I headed back to Fay at the end of the summer so it was so great to catch up on each other's lives. KB graduated from Conway the same year I did but she was a cheerleader and I was on dance team and that pretty much halted any friendship chances with the way dance and cheer worked, but then post grad we ended up lifeguarding together for three summers until she left me to do my farewell tour at CVCC by myself, ha. She's so funny and I'm super pumped for a chance to hangout with her the next time I'm back in Cway. I feel so sad for people who say they don't have any friends still from high school. I guess God just really blessed me with people in high school who would stay apart of my life through college. I love my "new" friends and can't imagine my life without them but I would be devastated if I wasn't still friends with my "old" friends too. So pretty much my happy moment for the day was my phone date with KB because I wasn't expecting it at all but it definitely put a smile on my face. Hope you all have had a great Wednesday. Get excited the weekend is coming up which means its time for some Razorback Football!!!

I LOVE Rainy Saturdays
So this post is nothing special, I feel so behind but I don't want the desire to catch up on every detail of the past month hold me back from continuing forward. That's my problem with new year's resolutions once I mess up on them I just quit, so posts about my pit stop/flat in Mobile and the gamma function will hopefully appear someday but until then I'm moving forward. This past week is a complete blur of end of the year-ness. Last weekend was formal (yet another event which I plan on blogging about someday, ha) and it was a complete and total blast. As much fun as last weekend was with formal I have to admit I've loved this Saturday filled with nothingness so much. Last night I made my debut on Dickson, which I loved. I love running into people I haven't seen in a while and that's exactly what happened last night. I ran into a ton of Cway people and a bunch of other people I hadn't seen lately. So after a late night last night I slept in today and then did some errands and just bummed out. I've caught up on some ridiculously old season of America's Next Top Model and napped and listened to the rain outside, it has been so great to catch up on some sleep and rest. Right now I am curled up in Sarah's bed, since she's out of town and has a TV in her room, watching Bride Wars. I think the best part of the rainy weekend was I didn't expect to have any free time since I was suppose to get certified again for lifeguarding, but instead I got to challenge out of all the tests on Thursday so my whole weekend completely opened up. It was such a blessing and another reason I should start listening to my mom and trusting God that things work out. I was getting so stressed out about having so much to do this weekend and then all that just completely worked itself out. My happy moment for the day was getting to show two juniors from Conway around the Chi O house. I love showing people around Chi O and I especially love showing Conway girls around. I just like to think that maybe I can help them see the other side of college that they don't show you on a campus tour, ha. Happy Rainy day blog friends!!

I've Got A Pocketful, Pocketful of Sunshine
Hello world! I have missed you dearly, the blogosphere has been a little low on my priority list this past week, which is so unfortunate since it was my new year's resolution to document 2010. Let's see what all I have been up to since we last chatted. When I first logged on tonight I thought it had been a week since I updated but I just realized that it has only been 4 days which makes me feel a little better. So let's see, on Friday my groups rolled out with some stellar presentations. We had Big Red come in to our class for Selling and Sales to assist with our presentation, which was a huge hit with our class and teacher. So after that Kara and I hit the road for Cway. Most of my friends were heading home for the weekend and since last weekend's trip seemed a little short since I got home so late I figured why not make a hair appointment and head home. We had a little jam session the whole way home and caught up on life in general which was great. It's so strange to go from living with someone everyday for two years to having to actually schedule hang out time. I got my haircut on Friday afternoon, which was definitely my happy moment for that day. I love my hairdresser, she rocks and I always love the way my hair looks afterwards. On Saturday, the whole family loaded up and went to the races in Hot Springs. Jake and I hadn't ever been before and it was a blast, I just love my family. Mom and I were talking about it later how we feel so sad for people who don't enjoy spending time with their families because we all just have so much fun together. I think part of the reason I love weekends at home has to go to the consistency of Sundays, I love waking up on Sundays knowing exactly where we will sit at church, knowing that I will almost always being running 5 minutes later than I should be, knowing Jacob will be mad because I wasn't ready on time, knowing that we will eat Cracker Barrel afterwards, and that I'll then get to come home and change into my bumming clothes. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend and my happy moment for today goes to coming back and being reunited with the "group." I just love my friends, they are just so stinkin' wonderful I don't know how I ever lived without them. I know this was a long post but one last thing: On Tuesday I have a very special treat for all my bloggy friends, Katie Schuett is going to guest blog!!!

Blur of a Post
So I never thought that finding time to blog would be this difficult. I wish I had some great excuse for it but in all honesty blogging just fell to the bottom of the importance pile. Here's an update on my life since we last talked. I went home late Friday night to surprise my mom for her birthday which was Saturday. It was great! She was super excited and I was thrilled to be home, even if it was just a flying trip. We went on Saturday and ate breakfast at Stoby's which pretty much made my day and then to top if off Mom and I went and got pedicures! I just love when my toes have a fresh shiny coat of polish. I went for a spring color so when I look down I can pretend its summer time. Sunday we all went to church and out to lunch at Cracker Barrell. I've pretty much spent the last two days just studying and working on group projects. This is kind of a quick thrown together post without pictures, but a little is better than nothing. I don't have anything school related tonight so I'll try to do a cute, fun post then. Oh and here's my list of happy moments for the past couple days, getting mail from my mom and dad (it had a sonic card in there!!), having a thank-you on the thank-you sheet this week (thanks Fargo!), getting to spend the two hour ride to Conway catching up with Meagan, and being able to make a haircut appointment on such short notice for this weekend! Talk to you soon (promise this time).

These are a few of my favorite things...
Hey bloggy world! I've decided that this blog is definitely becoming something I'm doing more for myself than for others to read so I won't be offended if no one ever reads this. Ha. Today was a day filled with pretty much all my favorite parts of Conway. My old roommate Kara (who will probably here on be called Rooms because I can't really remember the last time I actually used her name) and I went to lunch at Stoby's, which is only our favorite place. We ate the cheese dip and caught up and then did what we do best and did a little window shopping. To kick it off we hit up Target which is my favorite place to wander around. We then realized that neither of us had been shopping in downtown in a while and managed to cruise through a few shops down there. We obviously finished a successful afternoon with a trip to Sonic during happy hour. I cannot even express how much I love just window shopping and cruising about town, I guess it doesn't really take a whole lot to make me happy. My day finished up with a trip to see my grandma (Gigi) where we just watched the Arkansas game and hung out. I'm keeping it pretty low key tonight because I haven't been feeling all that perky because of a pesky cough. My little bit of happy moment today has to go to waking up to my dog, Rocky, who had jumped into my bed. I know that sounds super lame and I am so beyond not an animal person and I only kind of like other people's dogs but I am super obsessed with mine. As in if we have ever had a handful of conversations you have heard about Rocky. Rocky is the dog my family got my senior year of high school and he is a miniature bulldog who is dumb as dirt but so so so sweet. He is the cuddliest dog that has no idea that he is a dog. He will just let me pick him up and tote him around like a little kid, which is quite a workout since he now weighs 40 pounds. I'm going to upload a picture of him in his Christmas pajamas once I finish uploading all my Christmas photos. I added a pic of me and Kara from last year when we both had tacky sweater parties to go to. We are posing with our Diet Coke in Koozies, two addictions we both share. I'm about to call it a very early night. Night, bloggy world!
